The villa also has two fully furnished marble tiled bathrooms.The villa has its own private well stocked garden which includes palms, bouganvilia and lemon trees. The villa has free access to a number of shared swimming pools within a five minute walk (or less) from the villa......the closest being only 80m from the garden at the Athena Apartments complex where all guests are made to feel very welcome. The villa also boasts a huge brick built barbecue with traditional stone seating bench and garden furniture for those lazy days in the sun.
The villa is situated on a private gated road in a very peaceful and relaxing location and has its own car port. A well stocked mini market is only a 2 minute walk from the villa. The views of the Acropolis lit up in the evening are spectacular from both of the bedroom balconies.
